The Special Exhibitor Support Scheme (SESS)
The SESS is designed to help out both first time exhibitors as well as returning exhibitors wanting to use larger spaces at JIAM 2020 OSAKA.
- SESS does not cover booth decoration and equipment fees for the space provided.
- SESS is not the system for discounting participation fees for applied booth, but the system for exhibitors to take another free booth.
First time exhibitors
Exhibitors purchasing 3 or more booths will be provided with the following, according to the SESS.
- 3~10 booths purchased1 free booth is provided
- 11~20 booths purchased2 free booths are provided
- 21~30 booths purchased3 free booths are provided
- 31 or more booths purchased4 free booths are provided
Returning exhibitors, applying for wider space than JIAM 2016 OSAKA will be provided with the following, according to the SESS.
- 2 booths increased 1 free booth is provided
- 3~4 booths increased 2 free booths are provided
- 5~6 booths increased 3 free booths are provided
- 7~8 booths increased 4 free booths are provided
- 9~10 booths increased 5 free booths are provided
- 11 or more booths increased 6 free booths are provided
